Digital Guidelines
Macintosh-QuarkXPress 6.5, Illustrator CS or Photoshop CS electronic files on Jazz (up to 1 gig), Zip (up to 100 MB), 3.5" floppy disks or CDs. Must include screen AND printer font files, all graphic files linked to the document, tiffs and EPS files. Black and white ads must be accompanied by a 100% paper proof. Color ads must be accompanied by a digital color proof of at least 1000dpi. CMYK values only. Any image documents (tiffs or EPS) must be supplied at 300dpi and placed at 100%. If sending a pdf, the file must adhere to the following guidelines or it will not be accepted.

Materials

Advertiser will be billed for alterations and for production services on any ads not furnished to above specifications. We will be happy to help you produce your ad. Please supply copy, high-quality logos, photographs or artwork and a sample layout and allow adequate time for production and proofing. Copy received after copy deadline cannot be guaranteed the right of approval or revision. Corrections will be made free of charge. However, copy or art changes will be billed at the rates stated below.

Layout & Design: $75/hr. ($25 minimum)
B&W Scans: $25
4-Color Scans: $50
Digitize Film: $15 per color
File Changes/Corrections: $45 per occurrence
Digital Color Proof: Contact sales representative for costs
Duplicate Digital Files (customer supplied disk): Contact sales representative for costs

All materials will be returned within 30 days of publication.
